Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes! We do ship internationally! Please keep in mind if you are placing an international order, you may be subjected to additional fees such as import duties, fuel charges, taxes & tariffs in order to receive your package that you will be responsible for. These additional fees will be issued directly from the postal carrier and not from Albatros. The local postal services won’t always alert the recipient that there is a package for them to pick up so it’s always best to keep track by using your tracking number that will be given after your order has been shipped.  

We offer free standard international shipping for all international orders over $125 USD. This can take anywhere between 4-6 weeks for delivery. Please also note, free shipping does not cover the duties placed on your package once it arrives in your country.

Why does my tracking number state 1-Day, 2-Day, 3-Day Delivery?

As of Spring 2018 we have noticed that most carriers has been updating tracking links as delivered, but the package is no where to be found by customers. Strangely enough, the package does show up about two days later. If you received notice on your tracking link that the package was delivered but can’t locate it, please allow at least 2 to 3 days before contacting us because we’ve seen a trend that a carrier delivers it shortly after. Our apologies for this, we entrust this carrier with your package, so if there is an issue with delivery after it’s left our wearhouse please contact the selected carrier with your tracking number, and then contact us a day later with updates on your package.

WHEN WILL THE PAYMENT BE DEBITED FROM MY CARD?

Your card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER HAS ARRIVED DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE?

Please get in touch via the contact form at the bottom of this page. Please do not discard any packaging or invoices before this has been resolved.

How do I know my package has shipped?

We aim to dispatch orders within 5 working days. You must allow the standard shipping time from the date of dispatch – within Jordan please allow 15 working days and outside Jordan it’s up to 35 working days. If you haven’t received your parcel after this time, please get in touch via the contact form at the bottom of this page.

HOW CAN I EDIT MY SHIPPING ADDRESS

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact our customer service team at help@albatros.jo. Please note this can only be done if your order has not been processed for dispatch.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, Visa debit, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch, Solo, PayPal, Amazon Pay and American express.
