How to use
Bathing with mud Pour a generous amount of mud on a loofah and apply it to your body. Rinse with lukewarm water. Towel dry then apply ALBATROS Body Lotion to moisture. To ease muscle and joints pain, or to soothe the body, after sport Heat the mud to body temperature in hot water then apply the content of the bag on painful parts. Rinse off after 10 minutes with lukewarm water. Mud massage Mix mud with 14/ ALBATROS Body lotion in a glass or stainless-steel bowl using a wooden spatula. Massage onto body for 5 minutes in the bathtub then rinse off with lukewarm water. To relax your feet In a glass or a stainless-steel bowl mix the contents of the bag with crushed ice. Apply a small amount of the mixture to your feet (in order to adapt to the low temperature. Rinse off with lukewarm water after 35- minutes. Mud and Sun Apply the contents of the bag on your body then shower after 5-15 minutes in the sun
